We offer worldwide shipping services. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the size of the artwork.

5. Layaway Option

To help you manage your budget, we offer a layaway option. Spread your payments over 4-6 months with no interest. Contact us to arrange a layaway plan.

6. Additional Information

  • Additional Images: If you have concerns about how a piece of art might look, we are happy to provide additional images upon request. Please reach out to us for more information.
  • Return Policy: Purchases may be returned within 10 days for a refund.

7. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. If the artwork meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 30 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing time.
    • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective artwork, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund.
    • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Ownership and Copyright

All artwork purchased from Garver Gallery remains the property of Garver Gallery until full payment has been received. The copyright of the artwork remains with the artist.

9. Limitation of Liability

Garver Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any artwork, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

10. Approval

In certain circumstances, Garvery Gallery will allow a prospective customer to take a piece of art home for “approval” for 3-4 days.  Ask us about this opportunity. 

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Garver Gallery reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
